Steps to enroll:
Create your profile by following the steps below.
1- Click the link below and select “Forgot?” in the password section.
2- Enter your email address and hit "SUBMIT"
3- You will receive an email to create your password (it will say password reset)
4- Follow the prompts to set up your profile and enroll for benefits.
5- Continue through the system until you get to a screen that says, “Congratulations!”
